Kid loves the headset.
We received the headphones and one was dead on arrival. Sent email to the company (contact info came with the headset) and they quickly sent me a replacement. Customer service was fantastic.They headsets are great and seem to hold up well to my child. The volume slider is a bit small for a kid but some might like that. Ear padding is a little hard for my ears but my kid doesn’t seem to mind.5 star customer service and 4.5 stars on the product.
