The first two broke, but Simolio was very proactive and replaced them under warranty
Each of the first two lasted about a month or so, but after I posted a negative review Simolio reached out and immediately replaced them with a newer and hopefully better model.
I have only had the new headsets for a few days, so haven't had a chance to really test them, but I'm very impressed with the warranty and proactive customer service.
- Good sound quality
- The pink headphones already broke and there is no sound coming out of the right one. Had to return.
