Review on 📸 Atomos Shogun 7 Recorder-Monitor by Cornelius Mosley

Big product promises, but painstaking execution. I've been trying to get it working with 4 HD cameras, Sony mirrorless cameras, with the same images and resolution for a week now - to no avail. The channels were not recognized, but the individual channels were fine. This was the latest updated version 10.3. Atomos answered my call for help too late. I don't understand why and how someone can create such a complex product and not have a way to organize it and effectively help to learn how to use it? I'm not a technical genius, but I can build most of my devices with minimal manual assistance. Here the update was problematic, but not a failure. On the plus side I had to use sumo - and it was a great experience. But I had to return Shogun 7.
