Review on sales intelligence by Ron Houston

The best thing is that it gives me an overview of all my customers in one place. I can see which ones are hot, cold or maybe even cold but on the rise. It's easy to use and has given us a lot of insights into our customers.I would like to be able to export reports in different formats so that we can send them out to clients when required. Also, I would love to have more insights into what my customers look for when they buy from us. Sales Intelligence helps me track down what products and services my customers want.
