Great Tool For Getting Insights Into Our Sales Process
The tool allows me get accurate insights that are easy for my team members who don't have advanced analytics skills like myself! I am able to see where we need more attention (or less).
It's great because it has helped us gain visibility into our current customers as well as potential leads in order to grow sales through referrals from existing clients!! Nothing much yet but will update if there are any issues or changes needed within this program/tool. We do not use other tools at work so this one was very helpful when looking for something different than what others had available.
Pros
- Very user friendly, simple interface & quick response time with support staff.Very thorough reports both internal internal data AND external information about prospects.
- Easy access via mobile app which is good since many people prefer using their phones instead desktop computers these days
Cons
- There are troubles
