Mat rips and paint chips when opening - not durable

Upon opening the package the plastic mat was stuck together. We carefully attempted to unfold the mat. With every tug or pull of a the edge of the mat we realized that the mat was peeling on either side. The paint on the mat was damaged in several areas and there were a few areas were the mat vinyl actually ripped. For the price of this unit I would expect it to be more durable and thicker.

A CLASSIC GAME: The classic game of checkers for the consumer that loves BIG! No rules have changed, just the size

Cons

Due to its size, the game is challenging to move around, making it unsuitable for impromptu play or for taking to places without a large playing area
