I have a Specialized Hardrock (2003) with handlebars that don't fit end mirrors. I bought them and attached them to the inside of the handles according to the instructions. Didn't think to check if I could shift but the mount was in the way so I couldn't shift and shift on my first ride with them. I tried adjusting the mirrors both up and down and no matter how I did it, they either interfered with my shifters or my brakes. They were already so far away that it was difficult to see behind me, making it impossible to move further in. The quality of the mirrors seemed to be on par and I think they would be perfect if the arms were longer and the mount thinner. or designed differently. Unfortunately I had to go back.
