The shoe has changed Heel
I have been wearing this brand and style of shoes for over 20 years. Initially, you could order the size, width, and heel width for a really great fit. Now you can't order the width of the heel at all. Due to problems with my feet I now need WW shoes but with an N heel width. I can't figure it out. The shoe slides up and down from the heel with every step. I don't have a WW heel, but you get that with these shoes. There used to be an arch support as well but it's gone now which I'm fine as I use professional orthopedic insoles. I like that the sole is not very thick and heavy.
