I've put this on top of two previous ironing board covers for extra padding and it's just amazing! There were no instructions on how to use the clamps (or any instructions at all) but once I figured out how the clamps work I was otherwise pure satisfaction. The lid is tight. It was terribly wrinkled from being shrink wrapped, but when I stroked it all the creases were smoothed out and it looks great. The iron glides smoothly, I am 100% satisfied. A bonus for me are the whimsically cute llamas that accompany me when I use the iron. A very good buy. I highly recommend this.
