Updated review because of great customer service! They asked me to remove it and I don't think it's fair so I'll leave it to others who might have the same car as me. Hope the thread works for others. I followed all the recommendations and did not work with my brother NQ3500D. Metal needle, pendulum needle threader, reduced stitch speed, less tension. I couldn't finish an embroidered letter before this happened and tried 2 needles. I had to wait at my local store for a recommended brand (can't remember the brand name right now). I had to take the bottom of the car apart to get all that stuff out and ended up using a non-metal floriani to finish the project before Christmas. Now I don't know what to start with this whole thread!
