My boss bought 2 of these for my kid's shoe class and I liked them so much I bought 4 for home use. Assembly takes about 5 minutes and is a very simple assembly. They are lightweight and visually appealing. I put 4 on top of each other and it looks like 1 shelf. They fold together with no problems. Because they are so light I think they could easily break if knocked over or stepped on by a child so keep that in mind. The picture shows men's shoes in size 12 and you can have two pairs in a row. Size 9 women's shoes, each row can have 3 pairs. If your shoes are size 7, you can put 4 pairs in a row. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to others.
