Arrived very quickly and I quickly assembled it myself - super quick assembly was a big plus! Great for small spaces and just what I was looking for.

Pack instructions state screws, pins and hex key are included. There are only screws, nothing else. do i have tools Yes, but that's not the point.

Very happy with this shoe rack. Took me 10 minutes to assemble it with a drill press. Very durable and great color that suits my gender. Much better than the previous one where the wooden legs kept falling off. These pages are screwed!

This is a very nice shelf for the inside of the front door. I stayed with my daughter at her house for a while and she made everyone take off their shoes when they went in and put them in the closet in the hallway. I'm not used to it but thought it was a great idea and decided to do it in my new apartment. Now I wish I had always done that. Probably the home carpet would be much cleaner. My boss bought 2 of these for my kid's shoe class and I liked them so much I bought 4 for home use. Assembly takes about 5 minutes and is a very simple assembly. They are lightweight and visually appealing. I put 4 on top of each other and it looks like 1 shelf. They fold together with no problems. First of all I would like to say that the packaging was already opened but nothing was missing inside. (Only the box itself was open.) I assembled it almost as soon as the delivery man handed it to me, so the bamboo was still cold. I bought (3) of these to fold. They will work fine, but there are a few issues I'd like to let you know about. PROS: The bamboo looks good and is well built. In general, assembly is quick, easy and uncomplicated. Three pairs of adult shoes fit easily on each shelf, but the boots need to be folded or placed on their side.
