I don't own a '46 GMC truck but it makes an excellent dressing mirror

I installed a mirror in a closet door at right angles to my wife's bathroom mirror. I did this so she could see the back of her head to style her hair. When the door is closed the mirror of the truck is not visible, but when it is open the mirror gets big enough to give it the right look. Better than a three-way mirror and not intrusive. Since the mirror moves in all directions, she can adjust it as she pleases. She loves it.
