I've been pleased with this camera. The picture isn't razor-sharp, but it's what I'd expect for the money.As shown in the pictures, it can be mounted from the top or the bottom. That's really useful. I've had some cameras with built-in mounts that I couldn't use in certain locations.When mounted from the top, the thumb screw secures the metal sun shade. Since I mounted mine from the bottom, it would have been nice to have had an extra thumbscrew.One thing worth noting for some whose picture might not be so good: The most reasonable assessment requires a monitor plugged directly into the DVR. I have a couple of CCTV DVRs. One delivers very good performance over the internet, and the other doesn't. For the latter, the camera picture is a bit blurry, but it has nothing to do with the camera.
