After months of research and looking into food related health issues within the breed I was getting. I found PPP recommendations every where. My puppy is 5 months old and his vet said he is in perfect health and weight for his breed and age.He hasn’t had any digestive issues with PPP, his coat is soft and shiny, and he has had no skin irritation with it either. he gets 2 1/2 cups of food twice a day with training treats and sweet potatoes as a snack. I highly recommend PPP large breed sport over the designer foods and if you have a golden retriever or other breed that has been found to get food related DCM I urge you to do your research and choose the PPP for your dogs needs.
