Terrible product. Disappointing software. The scanned images will be returned from cloud forever to fill in the information of what you scanned. Half the time it doesn't fill out all the information, so you'll have to do it manually. So what's the point? It's just a waste of time. And more often than not, the scan is completely lost and you have to scan again and again. So no rush. You have to sit and wait to make sure it recognizes the scan and returns before proceeding. It takes hours to scan a small number of documents. The scanner itself was also disappointing. Most of the time the receipts go unevenly so you end up with your fingers on either side trying to keep the receipt in place. Even if you align it to the edge like it tells you. Then the software crashes. Even after the new update. You then suddenly have to re-enter the software. Not comfortable. No time saver. Don't waste your time and money.
