After starting the return process I decided to play with the food processor and see if I missed something. Knowing that most things made in Germany are great, I couldn't understand why there shouldn't be a chopper. I re-read the instructions (it's a bit vague) and figured out how to set up the whisk and it works as intended. My initial rating was 2 stars but I upgraded it to 4 stars. It would have been five stars but the instructions were vague.
