Review on RIYONG Portable Purifier Air Cleaner Rechargeable by Sandra Goode

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Small but powerful for heating, cooling and air quality

Wow. I am really impressed. There are so many personal air purifiers out there and some of them look very iffy. I liked the design, the matching drink holder and the HEPA filter, so I decided to give it a try. First, this thing is way smaller than I expected as you can see next to my hand. I'm a 6 1/2 woman in shoes if that gives you any idea how delicate my hand is compared to others. So very easy to take with me or put in my purse (or your mursa). Due to its small size, one would think the fan would be either very noisy or inefficient. No! It's really quiet, and instead of using it in a confined space (like you're supposed to do in a car cabin, say), I put it in my bedroom and was pleasantly, and a little shockingly, surprised that I could actually notice a difference. It's air! How does it do that?! Obviously I've never used an air purifier before, but for my first easy-to-carry air purifier (I travel every week for work) it's amazing! I've added my own Samsung Galaxy USB-C charger (although it comes with its own USB-C cable) to extend the distance I've placed and it works without interruption. I expect to have to change the filter sooner rather than later, but I think it's worth it. I don't know how long it will last but it doesn't feel cheap. It feels very high quality and looks chic.

Pros
  • EASY TO USE. Triple tap to turn on/off the air purifier. Automatic fan speed control, built-in intelligent air sensor, the air purifier will automatically monitor the air quality and adjust the fan speed according to the ambient air quality. The noise level is only 24dB, almost silent
Cons
  • Some flaws
