Where to start? First-time PC builders don't buy from SkyTech. I bought this computer on Cyber Monday for $800 because based on the picture advertised this computer was filled with about $800 worth of goodies. Price by building it myself so I decided to take a chance with a company I had never personally bought from. God I couldn't be more wrong and I should have just gone ahead and built this myself. Below is what I received. Some are not advertised and some just complain. 1) Motherboard is Biostar Micro-ATX B450 with 2 memory slots. The advertised image shows an ASRock motherboard with 4 memory slots 2) The 3 fans were exhaust fans, which made absolutely no sense as the top fans are covered by a mesh filter. Why are they used as an exhaust? These fans should be installed as supply air fans. The single intake fan is located on the front of the chassis. This fan was a basic non-RGB Thermaltake fan. There's extra room for two extra fans, but Skytech was clearly trying to ditch cheap parts for Cyber Monday. I fixed this situation by unscrewing the fans and flipping them over to use as air intakes. not exhaust. TechSource's YouTube channel previously checked this computer with the same issue. I'm curious as to why SkyTech keeps installing these fans incorrectly. Too bad I didn't watch your video before buying. Oops. 3) The advertised graphics card turned out to be a Dual Fan GTX 1660 Super. Although I received a GTX 1660 Super, it was a PNY Mini with a single fan. Oh. Thank you Skytec. You couldn't find a cheaper 1660. 4) Cable management is not up to standard 5) Why didn't I get a standard cooler with Ryzen 5 3600? The cooler comes in the BOX upon purchase with the Ryzen 5 3600. I received the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. which, as you might have guessed, is about as cheap as a CPU cooler. GPU to.ja to reduce cold air intake on GPU. 7) The ThermalTake fans that came with the case (this is the ThermalTake H200 RGB Snow) have been removed and replaced with regular RGB fans which are similar but much cheaper. I found the same fans that came with my computer on eBay for $27. Not at $27 each. $27 for every 3 fans. Skytech did this, apparently to save money. To be honest the only thing I got in this build that I'm not disappointed with is the case itself, the RAM and the SSD. You are completely off target. I definitely got what I paid for on Cyber Monday with a $200 discount. I should have just spent the extra $200 and gotten the parts to make this thing worth the price. sadness forever. I will not buy from SkyTech again. I will not be returning this build either because although I am very disappointed with the cheap parts I got exactly what I paid for. If I hadn't fixed the fan problem, my bedroom might have caught fire. Thank you Skytech. I would rate it higher if I could get a full size motherboard with 4 memory slots and a damn stock AMD CPU cooler and I didn't have to fix your bugs for you.
