Installation was relatively easy and the backup pump works as advertised. However, my device does not connect to the WiFi. I contacted PumpSpy support and they got back to me the next day. The wireless settings button on my device is broken. PumpSpy wants me to remove the control box and send it to you. This would leave my newly completed basement unprotected. I live in Michigan and the weather here is crazy. So no, I won't lose my backup so they can test/fix/replace as long as they want. I asked for a new or borrowed unit to be mailed to me before I mail mine and they shot it down. Tiney said it wasn't her policy. Looks like I'll be sitting on WiFi capabilities for that. Oh, and when you call support, it's literally just a guy's voicemail. take it how you want
