The obvious plus is that it fits on any phone with a relatively thin body. I don't have to buy a new car mount when I get my new phone, which is very valuable to me. I also like that it's small and unobtrusive, can hold my phone at any angle, and leaves room for the charging cable as it only holds the phone by the sides. work or not, how stable your car's air vents are. I had no problem with it falling off while driving but my VW was only 3 years old when I started using it. This may not be as reliable on older vehicles or vehicles with air vents that slide up and down very easily. Now almost 3 years later my Koomus mount still works great. I occasionally slide it back into the vent, but that's by no means a problem. Last week one of the gray rubber mounts slipped off, but the black plastic clip works fine without it. I'll reattach the gray rubber piece and don't expect any further problems.
