The side that needs to be screwed to the wall, comes loose from the cylinder, rendering the part completely useless. If you try to hold a glass with this part, the part breaks in 2 pieces : 1 piece stays attached to the wall and the other piece attached to the glass, creating a very dangerous situation of the glass falling down. This item is very crappy and does not do what it is designed for.
