This is similar to other TV mounts I've used so I was familiar with the setup. You attach one part to the wall which is your base and then attach the other part to his TV and then put it all together. So I needed a two person project. As shown in the tutorial video, you need to find wood in the wall so that it can support the TV's weight and move it. I have a 49" and it works great. I like how clean it looks and I can move it however I want based on my preferences. I would recommend it for your TV mount.
