Very cute waistcoat, bought for 2 and 4 year olds for Halloween. The size fit them. Better quality than I expected. I washed both vests twice. Air dried and then tossed in the dryer for about 10 minutes to get the wrinkles out and they still look great. I definitely recommend it!
