Good product, more pros than cons.

Below are some advantages:
Affordable as well as cheery. During the cold winter months in St. Petersburg, the road is maintained.
Below are some downsides:
Noisy. As many people have written, there is a howl at 40–50 kilometers per hour. Especially at the beginning. The amount of noise gradually diminishes after the first month of break-in.
