I like how easy it is to use this software. The customer service is also wonderful. The only thing I dislike about this product is the price. This is a great website for those who want to track their patient information or other dental practices. It has helped me keep my office organized by tracking appointments and patient info. It's also helping to keep our office running smoothly by keeping us informed of all of our patient information. The ability for me to easily access all my patient information online. I am able to update the insurance directly from the app and it will automatically show up on my patient's electronic medical record. I have been searching for how to do this for months and finally found a way. I like that I can check the status of my appointments and see if they are canceled or rescheduled.
