The best feature is being able to see all of my patient's information at one place! I love how easy it was for me as an office manager/office assistant to be able to keep up with everything going on within our clinic. As far as any dislikes there are none really. I love not having to look at my paper chart anymore. The software helps me organize all of my appointments and patient info. I also love how the program can be updated frequently when new information comes out. My software is constantly updating itself which can be frustrating especially if you are working very quickly trying figure things out. I love how easy it is for me as an assistant/tech person or anyone else who needs access into our patient's records! I like that it's easy to use and allows me to keep my patient information in one place. I wish you could have an option to make it so that it syncs with your mobile phone.
