The biggest benefit of this software is how easy it has made scheduling appointments for my entire office! I can see who needs an appointment next week or month at any point from now until they actually need their treatment done by me; which saves everyone tons upon tonns of wasted time over booking one patient's appt every single day when really all we needed was some advanced notice (2 weeks) beforehand instead of just whenever. Also, there are times where scheduling will be delayed because another staff member hasn't been given access yet after logging into our system - but once he/she logs back out it fixes itself without asking us if anything else should happen as well. Just think about how many phone calls have gone unanswered due to lost schedules? This means less stress on both sides involved during busy days.
