I love how easy it is for me as an assistant/tech person or anyone else who needs access into our patient's records! The ability of being able to see all their appointments at once makes my job easier when trying to organize them efficiently - no longer have multiple calendars cluttering up one page!! No problems yet but if there are any we would like addressed quickly they will be dealt wtih swiftly by support team here too :) Our office has been using this software since day 1 (and still do) and it works perfectly well.

We've had some issues over the years where things go missing from folders etc but these were sorted out very fast.
