Review on Dental Intelligence by Dustin Miller

I love not having to look at my paper chart anymore. The software helps me organize all of my appointments and patient info. I also love how the program can be updated frequently when new information comes out. My software is constantly updating itself which can be frustrating especially if you are working very quickly trying figure things out. Sometimes it will freeze up or stop working for a short period of time. This happens several times every week but they usually fix it within an hour after reporting it. If you want to organize your appointments, this is the way to go! You do not have to waste time looking at your paper charts and I hate when patients do that because it makes you seem unorganized. The best thing about this software is how easy it makes scheduling appointments for my office! I can do all of our bookings from one place which saves me tons oo money too!! Sometimes when we are booking an appointment there will be times where they won't let us know if someone has cancelled or not but other than those few minor things i love using dental intelligence. Nothing really at least right now. !
