My mom and dad, 84 and 89, had a little trouble figuring out how to use the amplifier so I sent a note to Banglijian Services who responded VERY quickly with a link to video instructions. The next thing I knew my mom was calling to thank me for the device. She told me she thinks it works better than both the $5000 one she had previously and the $800 used one she replaced it with. My mom is thrilled to have a great product AND NOT pay an arm and a leg. She told me my dad and brother noticed she was not having to ask them to repeat themselves! She likes not having to get batteries for the device, just charge it up. She is not noticing any problems with background noise. Yay.
