I like that it is so simple to use, you can set up rules in just minutes! It's also very flexible which allows for any type of compensation structure (for example- commissions are still available).

The reporting options could be more robust but this isn't necessarily something we would change since our needs/desires aren't changing too much from what they already provide with their platform - though there were some minor tweaks requested by us as well. We've been able to establish several different types of structures within one system without having multiple platforms or creating custom code solutions when necessary.- Payroll processing has become faster than ever before thanks specifically because of how easy CM makes payroll calculations compared to other systems used at previous jobs;-).
