I bought these for my 12 year old daughter who is a dancer and soccer player. She has constant hip pain. I put her on her sore spot and in about ten minutes she feels a lot better. I also use it for my daughter who has epilepsy. We put them on her head and on the back of her head because she has severe migraines. It also helps her a lot.
