Bought and worked for half a day to charge a laptop and 2 phones. After 4 hours of use it's more or less dead :( I can honestly say that this is a cheap mid-range inverter and it looks very well made and high quality. Sometimes (rarely) you buy a manufactured "faulty" item that's qc guy slipped lol the gods of revain frowned at the fact we had the element 3 months before fitting it into a new work truck we've just bought and wouldn't agree to a replacement - but that's what we went in for Contact the inverter manufacturer and they're responsive and ready to help and we're still awaiting an inverter replacement with free shipping and payment Revain's faulty purchases policy isn't impressive at all - just needs to be replaced but the policy can save or destroy a company, even if the politics are in the company's favour.I was e now on shipping a replacement and if it turns out to be a good quality inverter I will get more inverters for us.
