We really liked it after installation. I also showed a picture of how we connected the wires. We bought a house with an unfinished lamp in our living room. We had cables and fittings in the ceiling. I was a little nervous about installing it myself, but everything went EASIER THAN EXPECTED. I love the look and the LED lighting. It takes about 2 seconds for the remote control to learn how to work. Should work very well in winter to circulate warm air over the blanket when you put it in reverse. One more thing, it's very quiet.
