Items missing from terrariums
I received this product but it was missing the water filter pump and accessories. The heating lamp does not adhere well to the tank wall and falls off easily. There are no instructions in the kit and I had to go back to Revain to watch the assembly instruction video. I would like to receive the water filter pump without returning the entire product, but it seems I will have to do so as there is no way to contact the seller.
