My first order got lost somehow so I asked for a replacement but when I received the replacement my package was missing 4 extra bits so I am ordering this item. I was really looking forward to her. The gun works great, but I'd like more details. So overall I gave it a 3. I hope everyone else has better luck getting everything in their package. ***UPDATE*** I contacted the company and they were very professional and willing to send me a replacement! I definitely recommend your product and have changed my rating to 5 stars!
