This hat worked for a day. I felt like a pornstar wearing it because I think it's like walking around with 12 inches. However. Yes it was nice. Then he just stopped. I no longer played full contact sports in the hat - it wore out the most when I put it on and took it off, four times in total. I was going to give it 2 stars just because it made me feel like a porn star for a day, but after reading these reviews I realized that this problem has existed for over a year. It is clear that instead of solving the problem, they will simply continue to send new hats. which is cool. but allow at least two days for shipping and two days for repairs just to wear it for a day, disassemble it and go through the process again. Wearing a hat in Maine in the winter just doesn't work 20% of the time. These people need to work together.
