When my order for this hat came in, I unscrewed the tab on the battery pack, pushed the button in the lining and it didn't work. I contacted the company to see if I could exchange it directly for the one I tested first. You did it a hundred times better. The NEXT morning I received a box with a perfect beautiful hat in it and the friendliest letter from the business owner! The price of this item is great, but the independent company behind it is amazing!

I loved wearing it to Christmas parties this season but it didn't come with any LED lights. The box it came in was open and included a chart on how to use LED bulbs, but the stocking hat I received had no bulbs. It has a small pocket inside which I believe is meant to hold a rechargeable battery. This is the only evidence that this hat must have had sockets for the LEDs. I keep it. It's still a cute hat with a knit pattern and lettering.
