Great light for my 40 gallon aquarium. Fits perfectly flush on the split hole gas cap so my dad drilled small holes in the plastic on each end and attached it to the cap so my heat lamps are on the back half of the cap and this UV light is attached to the front. I open and close half to groom my beard. Much cheaper than the local pet store. Arrived in 2 days on sale. ** Just don't let this lightweight lid rest on heat lamps. It melts plastic. I know because I've done it twice. It is desirable that the cover was made of metal, and not plastic. I don't think there is anything like metal on the market.
