What I like about ViPO so far are its user interface; it's simplicity to use. It makes you more productive because there aren't tons of features (like other apps have). Sometimes things don’t sync as fast with another device since we're located in NYC but overall good! I wish viPOPanel would open better at times if people using iPads can see our screen easier than through Zoom when they call us into meetings etc.. And sometimes people think what happens behind their back while having an interview - not always possible unless one has been doing this enough- which isn't really realistic considering how large our workplace/agency is compared with others out here. I like how it allows us to track patient information. It helps my billing department by giving them access to all of our patients. The software can be difficult to navigate at times. There are not many features available to customize your own layout. I would suggest taking some time to test out the software before purchasing. We have been able to use it to track patient information, create invoices, schedule appointments and send reminders about upcoming visits.
