I didn't realize my cabinets made so much noise until I bought them and installed them on several cabinets and drawers. What a big difference. Of course, there's still a slight "poof" sound when closing the case, but not at all like the knock we get when using silicone or plastic inserts. I cleaned both areas with dope and then rubbing alcohol (where they would stick and where they would go) and they wouldn't budge. It's only been a week or two to be honest, but I'm very happy with them. The price is good, the thickness of the product is the same as the standard bumpers that were on my cabinets and they are quite sticky - do not remove them once placed.
