I've been taking it for a day now and I'm not hungry. I just ate some frozen grapes with lemon during the day, that's all. I take 3 a day as they say taking them is like starving yourself because you are NEVER hungry expect when you are hungry you will not be able to eat much. I usually eat crazy amounts, but now? i eat like nothing Wait does this review look like they paid me to post that poof no but I saved so much money by not buying any food. Update like a year later I never ate much I thought I ate but everyone says I eat like a bird why did it offend me once at dinner lol but I'm 5'2 and 110 usually for those who are interested
