Review on Powerful Replacement Charger for Craftsman C3 19.2V Batteries - Ni-Cd and Lithium-Ion Compatible by Ken Wilson

I switched to Li-Ion with NiCad so didn't want to risk using the Craftsman charger that has served me so well for so long. It turned out to be the best bet. My first impressions are that it works as advertised, as I would expect from HO1. The illustration differs slightly from the one received; same functions but arranged differently. Of course it doesn't matter.2. Judging by the image, I was expecting the LED to track the progress of the charge cycle using the icons on the charger. Not this case. All you get is a green LED that blinks while charging and stays on while charging.3. A vertical installation of the charger is not intended; It would be a big plus for me to save bench space. This charger should only be placed on a horizontal surface.4. Since I've had the charger long enough to only charge each battery once, any comments on longevity are meaningless at this point. If it takes as long as my master, WOW! Hope that helps.
