To save money and time finishing the unfinished ends of my 5 year old Sisterlocks I decided to purchase these tools. Due to the diameter of my sisterlocks, I use a single pen tool and it works. I went a bit overboard pinning my ends and got stuck in my thumb (cuticle area) and it was my own business NOT THE PRODUCT. Buy it! Use it! I've seen videos using this tool for fake locks and such.
