As good as metal

I use this to pick up whatever I finely chop on my cutting board. It also works well for counting sliced cheese. It has the same rigidity as a metal utility knife, but is lighter and much cheaper. I'd like the edge to be beveled more subtly - it's a bit thick. If you're looking for a good, flexible bread knife, the Uxcell Plastic Household Bakery D-Shaped Flour and Bread Dough Scraper is a great choice for the price. I use it every time I bake bread.
