2 of 3 don’t work: my feedback
My contractor installed these doorknobs for us and they don’t lock at ALL.We bought 6 locking doorknobs and 3 are not functional.I reached out to Pobrico directly twice and got no response.I wish I could return these since they were defective but it took out contractor so long to finish the remodel we missed the return window.They look fine, the quality isn’t great but if it works I’m not complaining. However half the doorknobs we ordered DO NOT WORK!I really wish Pobrico would answer my emails asking for a replacement for the faulty knobs but they won’t get back to me. Pretty bad experience all around…
- They do the job and I like that you can easily unlock them from the outside using a coin.
- These knobs look nice but you can feel how incredibly cheap they are once you turn or lock the knob.
