Easy to install. Reviews saying it comes without hardware are a bit silly. You buy good quality "togglers" and the right length screws (usually 2" fully threaded) 1/4" diameter and screw them to the wall like a piece of universal shelving or commercial shelving. If you're lucky and eventually find a piece of wood, replace the bad boy falling bolt. Use appropriate washers at each screw location. Seems strong enough. The price is right. There are too many great holes in the design to hold (cloths maybe?) - but cleaning will be a problem. The holders are not designed for American/Western style napkins as they don't seem to allow the napkin holder to be closed when not in use? Very few instructions/guides on what the designer has in mind for them. An intact, easy-to-clean surface is better. Generally good.
