I recommend watching a few videos before using it so you understand the correct pressure and don't further injure yourself. It doesn't take much pressure on your part. It's more efficient (in my experience) to slide the gun slightly over the body part and let the machine do most of the work. Pros: It doesn't take long to get a feel for it and figure out what works for you. : Convenient carry bag for easy storage. Pros: the charge lasts a long time without connecting to the network. Pros: If used properly, you will definitely experience pain relief. I even tried it on a woman who constantly complains of back pain and often says her hand massage hurts. She never complained about it. Cons: I have small hands so it was a bit bulky. However, they never got sick or injured. It's not too thick to be held properly. Cons: If you don't know how to slide, even the lightest speed can be too strong. Cons: Sometimes it will bounce if held at the wrong angle. I believe most massage guns probably do this.
