Easy-to-use equipment for quick resistance workouts!
I love the simplicity of this workout tool! The bar is comfortably padded, and It’s easy to increase the resistance by rolling the bar to "shorten” the resistance cord. It’s easy to stow out of the way, but I like to keep mine next to my home desk so I can take 5-10 minutes breaks when I’m working from home. Good for squats and overhead presses. Rolling the bar to shorten the cords allows for good bicep curls. Very happy with this purchase!
